This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and associated costs. Please review this information to understand when and how you will receive your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

Delivery: 5-10 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout

Express Shipping

Delivery: 3-5 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout

International Shipping

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International delivery times typically range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our Order Tracking page or the carrier's website to follow your package's journey.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some remote locations may have limited shipping options or longer delivery times. If you have questions about shipping to your specific address, please contact us before placing your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While we take great care in packaging your products, sometimes issues occur during transit.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@luminae-care.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if the expected delivery date has passed without receipt, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.
